How much will it cost to deliver my products?

Postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK are free of charge for all orders.

For international orders, delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage. Please note that we only ever charge per delivery and NOT per item.

For orders over a certain amount, additional proof of ID may be required. Whilst this process may cause some inconvenience, it is in place to prevent potential fraud and avoid unnecessary stress to our customers. We also reserve the right to deny orders which we suspect to be fraudulent in nature.

Where do you ship outside the UK?

We ship to most countries around the world. To check that we deliver to your country please contact us on 0845 612 1116 or email orders@supersizeart.com.

How long should I have to wait for my delivery?

We try our best to get all orders delivered within 14 days. All items are hand finished and assembled so this may take a little longer during busy periods. We will contact you if this is the case.

Items not received?

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control i.e. post office strikes.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for 15 working days. For Special Delivery items the period is 15 working days and for international items it is 30 working days. If you still haven't received them after this time period, please contact us either on 0845 612 1116 or by email on orders@supersizeart.com.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) unused in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, return the item(s) within 7 days and we will refund you fully including the delivery costs.

Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

Super Size Art
c/o The Teds Agency Ltd,
Popefield Farm, Hatfield Road, Smallford,
St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0HW, UK

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package be lost.

Cancellations

You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order. To cancel, please call us on 0845 612 1116, or out of hours send an email to orders@supersizeart.com.

Copyright

All artwork for sale on the site has been originated by Morgan Howell with inspiration from his collection of records, annuals and his imagination. In Andy Warhol's 'Campbell's Soup' tradition we are not trying to pass these off as the real thing. The paintings, models and prints are the copyright of the artist.

In the visual arts, to appropriate means to adopt, borrow, recycle or sample aspects (or the entire form) of man-made visual culture. The term appropriation refers to the use of borrowed elements in the creation of a new work (as in 'the artist uses appropriation') or refers to the new work itself (as in 'this is a piece of appropriation art'). The artist who uses appropriation may borrow image, sound, objects, forms or styles from art history or popular culture or other aspects of man made visual culture. Inherent in the process of appropriation is the fact that the new work recontextualizes whatever it borrows to create the new work. In most cases the original 'thing' remains accessible as the original, without change.
